Burn Baby Burn – Mango Flax Salad
Serves 2





Burn Baby Burn series – will kick your fat to the curb!

INGREDIENTS

1 large mango
½ cup blackberries
¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon flax seeds
¼ teaspoon sea salt
2 large tablespoons Greek or cream top yogurt
Squeeze lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Peel and chop mango into cubes and put in a bowl.

2.  Add blackberries, cilantro, flaxseeds, and sea salt and toss.

3.  Add yogurt and squeeze of lemon and toss and serve.
